1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this condition will be closed immediately without notice.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on wira88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information is sufficient grounds for account closure. wira88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of our security procedures.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Wira88 users are required to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including account closure and legal proceedings:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of betting.
- Violating other users' rights or disrupting platform operations.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or probe system vulnerabilities without written authorisation.
- Using another person's account or acting on behalf of a third party without clear disclosure.
Wira88 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect suspicious behaviour and take appropriate action without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the wira88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and selected internet banking. wira88 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same user's name. wira88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may range from a few minutes to three business days.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate.
- Any deposit credited incorrectly due to wrong information provided is the user's responsibility.
- Wira88 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. wira88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Wira88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free at all times. Account Suspension & Closure: wira88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or for security reasons. In cases where a suspension is determined to have been made in error, the account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the wira88 platform, including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics, is the exclusive property of wira88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without written permission from wira88.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. wira88 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: wira88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
